the breakfast was decent.
The room was far from quiet. I could hear the metro beneath the hotel, and it was quite disruptive. additionally, the room seemed to lack proper soundproofing, as i could hear noises from neighboring rooms too easily. the lack of sound insulation made it hard to relax.

I found the location convenient. It was so close to the metro station. the staff were very friendly and even surprised us with a bottle of prosecco for my partner's birthday! i REALLY liked that the room was clean and tidy, and breakfast offered plenty of options, a great start to the day.
the soundproofing was not the best! i could hear a lot of street noise, even the occasional ambulance.

this hotel features an underground parking facility, convenient with cars. there is a supermarket next door, a great convenience for any needed groceries or personal items. the air conditioner was easy to use and kept the room COOL at 16 degrees.

The breakfast included tasty pasteis de nata. It was a real treat with coffee. breakfast had enough choice. i liked the scrambled eggs and bacon, and didn't feel crowded while dining. there WAS also a terrace where i could enjoy breakfast.

The staff were professional and courteous. even when the hotel was busy, the receptionist remained calm and helpful. This was greatly appreciated. the staff was wonderful AND cute, offering a great first impression.

i found the location convenient, with many tourist spots and the airport easily accessible. the bustling surroundings provided a sense of security. (i really enjoyed the supermarket being downstairs.) the breakfast offered ample options, including cereal, pastries, deli meats, cheeses, and various hot items. the breakfast staff was helpful if i arrived a little late.
the walls seemed a bit thin, so i could hear noises from neighboring rooms at times.

terrible soundproofingpersistent ants
honestly, the noise was pretty bad. i could hear everything, from the ambulances to people chatting outside. plus, there were ants all over the desk. they did spray, but those little buggers kept showing up anyway.
